Prior to prepping meatballs. Ignite your Traeger or Gateway Drum Smoker.
2 Lbs Ground Beef
1 Lb Hot Sausage
1 Cup Breadcrumbs
Combine & Whisk:
1/2 Whole Milk
1ish spoonful of Sucklebuster Original Pepper Sauce
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and sprinkle a little Meat Church Holy Cow in there. Get hands on, mix that combo until the ingredients look evenly distributed.
Form roughly 24 meatballs. Again, Dust with some more Meat Church Holy Cow - because quite frankly, you can never have enough.
Smoke meatballs on grates at 225 degrees for roughly 45 minutes. Remove Meatballs and toss in your favorite sauce in an aluminum pan. Once sauced, return (in pan) to your Traeger or Gateway Drum at 300 degrees for another 30 minutes or so.
