Kelly’s Cow Dust; made for brisket – awesome on anything. Kelly made this one for BBQ brisket but quickly found that it works great on pork, chicken steaks and burgers etc… even salmon. Kelly even used it on every category to win the 2008 Jack Daniel's World Championships.
