Developed almost by accident in response to customer feedback at our retail tasting events, Oyster CRACKers are gently basted in oil and baked with a generous dusting of Big Rack Rub.
Not only do they make for a mind-blowing snack right out of the bag, they’re also a great ingredient for elevating your cooking creations.
Use in place of croutons on a salad
Sprinkle a few over your favorite mac n cheese
