SCA Steak Class - Saturday March 27th

Now that the Iowa BBQ Studio is done let's get to work!  Joe "Big Ticket" Osbrink from Never Easy BBQ and the Iowa BBQ Store will be hosting a tell-all ribeye class Saturday March 27th.  This 2 hour class will include:

• Meat Selection
• Trimming
• Pre-cook 
• Fuel selection
• Fire management 
• Cooking & Finishing
• Everyone will receive 2 Certified Angus Beef Prime Ribeye steaks.  One to do in class and one to take home.                                                                                 

You'll not only leave with the confidence and the ability to be king of the cul-de-sac but you'll take home a nice goody bag from the Iowa BBQ Store including our inaugural class t-shirt and other items to elevate your cooking game.
