For 30 years, Loida and Steve Marzke have been perfecting their family teriyaki recipe. Their teriyaki journey started when they opened Colorado's first teriyaki restaurant in Fort Collins in 1992. From there they brought their teryaki expertise to Gainesville, FL where Maui Teriyaki became Florida's first teriyaki restaurant in 1995. After a lot of first's, they switched gears to create what is now Hana Teriyaki. Every bottle of Hana is a product of 30 years hard work and happy customers. We are so proud to share our family's famous teriyaki recipe with the world.
